Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept exchanges
Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept returns or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please kindly note if the courier company delivers your item and you're not at home (or any location), then it is your responsibility to reach out to the courier company and reschedule delivery. Any items shipped back to us due to non-delivery will not be refunded.

Why is the manual not included in the package I received (for frames)?
The manual is available for download on the listing itself. A link is provided for downloading as we are an environment-friendly, paperless company.
Why is my package showing it was shipped from China?
All our artworks are made in Canada except for the frames/mirrors which generally ship from our Toronto warehouse. Due to Covid related delays in shipping lines, if our shipments do not arrive on time, we will ship directly from our office in China to ensure you receive frames in a timely fashion. Rest assured, we are here to help and will resolve any issues. Many of our customers are repeat local artists and professionals, and so far we have had no problems.
Do you take returns?
We cannot cancel orders after they have gone into Production. We do adhere to high standards. If there is a problem with any artwork or frame, we will replace it.
Why is my shipment late?
Due to Covid, there is a crisis with shipping lines (by sea) and shortages of raw materials. So far, if there are delays, they are usually only for a week or so. We do try to keep our customers updated but please be patient as most of the delays are caused due to no fault on our part.
Where are you located?
Our HQ is in Toronto, Canada. We have been in business since 2005 (17 years).
How long does it take to get a refund or price adjustment?
