1) The size you order should be your CANVAS SIZE from the drop down menu. Once we know your canvas size, we will send you the correct frame size.
2) After your purchase, please message us the thickness of your canvas and the actual canvas measurement that you have taken yourself. See measurement instructions on the photo we have uploaded. If your stretcher bar/wood panels are off by a few mm, please let us know so we can adjust your frame accordingly.

We cannot cancel orders after they have gone into Production. We do adhere to high standards. If there is a problem with any artwork or frame, we will replace it.

Shipments are late due to supply chain issues. If that is the case, we will reach out to you advising you about the delays.
