HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. You purchase the stretching & framing service via Etsy
2. We ship you a secure tube
3. You place your canvas in the tube & email/notify us via Etsy
4. We arrange for a pick-up the next day
5. We stretch and frame your canvas & mail back to you securely packed. Frames come ready to hang.
1. How long does the entire process take?
***4 weeks from pick-up to delivery.
2. Can we ship on weekends?
***No. We will schedule the following Monday.
3. What happens if a canvas is damaged in transit?
***Every canvas is insured upto 1,000 USD. However, if the tube is not showing
any outer damage, you will not be covered. If we receive a damaged canvas without the tube
showing any damage, we will contact you. If we can fix the canvas,
we will contact you & let you know the additional service charge. If we cannot, the canvas will be shipped back to you.
4. What happens if I receive damaged goods?
***You will be covered for upto $1,000 USD.
5. Which countries does the ART SHOP INC provide canvas stretching and framing services to?
***Stretching & Framing is only being provided to customers in the USA and Canada. We do ship frames and other products all over the world.
6. Can I choose my frame?
***Currently we provide high-quality aluminum floating frames. Colors available are matte black frames, brushed silver frames, brass gold frames and Titanium gold frames.
We will be providing a variety of frames soon! Our frames are for canvas and print framing.
7. What do you stretch on?
***We stretch on panels. Over time canvas loosens on stretcher-bars. On panels it never looses it's tightness.
8. Do you do custom frames?
***Yes please message us on Etsy
9. Do you do returns?
***Unfortunately after stretching and framing the canvas, it would not be practical to take returns. No returns.
10. Does it come ready to hang?
100 % Satisfaction guaranteed.

1.5" canvas thickness
1.7" to 2" canvas thickness

Returns & Exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please kindly note if the courier company delivers your item and you're not at home (or any location), then it is your responsibility to reach out to the courier company and reschedule delivery. Any items shipped back to us due to non-delivery will not be refunded.

Why is the manual not included in the package I received (for frames)?
The manual is available for download on the listing itself. A link is provided for downloading as we are an environment-friendly, paperless company.
Where is our shipping center?
All our merchandise ships from Canada.
Do you take returns?
We cannot cancel orders after they have gone into Production. We do adhere to high standards. If there is a problem with any artwork or frame, we will replace it.
Why is my shipment late?
Shipments are late due to supply chain issues. If that is the case, we will reach out to you advising you about the delays.
Where are you located?
Our HQ is in Toronto, Canada. We have been in business since 2005 (17 years).
How long does it take to get a refund or price adjustment?
