✦ GENERAL

Museum quality wooden floating frames available in a variety of colors and sizes for 2" deep canvas. Custom and over-sized frames are available.
Floater frames give the illusion that the artwork is not touching the frame thus they are called "floater" or "floating" frames.
Many companies just send slightly larger frames so that the canvas does not touch the edge of the frame. Our frames have a stair step gap between the edge of the frame and your canvas/artwork.
All frames shipped require assembly. Assembly is easy.



✦WHAT INFORMATION DO YOU NEED TO ORDER A FRAME

1) You need to know your canvas or art size dimensions (W, H, D). You will have to put this in the "Customization" space provided when you order
2) Please provide your phone number. If no one answers at the address you provided, most courier companies will call you to schedule an appointment. If frames are returned due to non-delivery, you will have to pay for the costs to re-ship plus a 10% management fee.


✦ MATERIALS
All of our frames are made from high-quality wood moulding which is cut and assembled by hand in our studio. The wood is light and easy to install on any wall.

✦ SIZES
Please refer to the drop-down menu to select your canvas' dimensions. We will send you the correct size once we know your canvas dimensions.
This particular floater frame accommodates canvas upto 1.7" to 2.2". For custom sizes please message us for a quote.


✦ MEASURING YOUR CANVAS
Whether your canvas is hand-stretched, or store-bought, we highly recommend measuring your canvas before placing your order.
Kindly keep in mind that the corner folds can add bulk to the edges and the back thus increasing the size. Instructions on how to measure your artwork is uploaded (see photos).
We ask for canvas depth in order to provide the appropriate size. If your canvas is just slightly off from a standard size we offer, order that size and then confirm the exact dimensions in the "Customization" space.


✦ SHIPPING
Free shipping within the United States and Canada. We ship orders as soon as they are completed, generally within 1-2 weeks.

✦ ASSEMBLY
All frames require assembly. Assembly and installation of your canvas/artwork into the frame is quick and easy! Instructions will be included with the required hardware to mount and hang your artwork.


✦ RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All of our frames are made to order so we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your frames arrive damaged, please let us know and we will replace your frame for free.
