Your canvas size is approx. the measurement of the INNER frame. Each frame piece is approx 3" wide. So if your canvas size is 24 X 24 inches then the outer frame/overall size of the frame would be 30 X 30 inches in total approx. (if you add the 3 inch thickness on each side). Do you take returns?
We cannot cancel orders after they have gone into Production. We do adhere to high standards. If there is a problem with any artwork or frame, we will replace it.

Shipments are late due to supply chain issues. If that is the case, we will reach out to you advising you about the delays.
